MTA C&D Task Order RFP No. 90

Mehrshid Engineering is providing Resident Engineering Inspection services for a series of critical infrastructure upgrades under MTA C&D Task Order RFP No. 90. This multi-faceted program includes three concurrent contracts at the Queens Midtown Tunnel (QMT) and Hugh L. Carey Tunnel (HLCT) facilities. The work involves seismic material testing, replacement of hoist lift systems, and enhancement of security and operational facilities.

These projects improve structural resilience, operational safety, and facility functionality within two of New York City’s busiest vehicular tunnels. Mehrshid Engineering serves as the Resident Engineer, providing field leadership, construction oversight, and quality assurance to ensure the projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with MTA standards.
