Projects
Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge Painting and Lighting Improvements
The Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge is undergoing a major rehabilitation to restore its two 693-foot towers for the first time since the 1960s. The project includes full blast cleaning and painting, structural and electrical upgrades, and new lighting systems.
Henry Hudson Rehabilitation projects
Mehrshid Eng staff have contributed to multiple major projects at the Henry Hudson Bridge, including power resiliency upgrades, and structural rehabilitation. These efforts, spanning contracts of $35M, $43M, and $90M, have improved reliability, and supported daily travel for tens of thousands of commuters.
